Alessandra Pambuffetti has created a very special “Umbrian Feast” that you can prepare with friends for a authentic Umbrian experience.  There are 6 steps to preparing this menu. We have included a link to recipes at the bottom of this page. Antipasti - reception 
Bruschette (toasted bread with toppings)
perfect for a stand-up starter with a sparkling glass of Prosecco. Antipasti - seated 
Crepes di patate (potato crepes) the first seated course. The Umbrian version of biscuits & gravy. Serve with an Orvieto or Grechetto white wine. Primi Uno
Strangozzi (homemade noodles) a necessary step in the creation of a great pasta dish. Pair the strangozzi with the simple and delicious arrabbiata sauce below... Primi Duo 
Arrabbita sauce (a quick and easy fresh tomato sauce with a little “kick.” Finish with a dusting of Picorino cheese. Serve the dish family style and let you guests serve themselves. Pair this pasta dish with a lovely
Montefalco Rosso or a good Chianti to bring out the fresh flavors of simmered tomato, parsley, garlic and pepper. Cortoni
Roasted vegetables (the perfect side dish). The choice is yours. Use any fresh vegetables that you prefer. As tasty as it is pretty. Secondi
Pollo alla cacciatora (chicken with tomatoes and herbs, hunter style). Light and flavorful yet bold enough to stand up to a decanted Sagrantino di Montefalco.
